Where We Pick Up and Drop Off
Event transfers run to and from Sydney Olympic Park Wharf, on the Parramatta River
at the edge of the Sydney Olympic Park precinct, with the local bus and event-day services linking
the wharf to Accor Stadium, Qudos Bank Arena, the Aquatic Centre and the showground.
We can collect you from wharves and jetties across Sydney Harbour and the Parramatta River —
Circular Quay, Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, harbourside restaurants and private wharves — and
have you at the precinct before the gates open. Tell us where you are starting from and we will
plan the trip around your event schedule.
From the Wharf to the Stadium
Sydney Olympic Park Wharf sits at the river end of the precinct, about 3.6km from Accor Stadium
— roughly a 40-minute walk along the parklands paths, or a few minutes by bus.
Bus route 526 (Burwood – Rhodes) runs between the wharf and the heart of the
Sydney Olympic Park precinct, and on major event days Transport for NSW adds extra services around
the venues. Taxis and rideshare also pick up at the wharf.

pickup time, so you are in your seat — not in a queue — when it starts.
Concerts, Footy Finals & Major Events
Stadium concerts, NRL and State of Origin nights, football finals, the Sydney Royal Easter Show
— the biggest nights at Sydney Olympic Park are exactly when the traffic is at its worst,
and exactly when a water taxi makes the most sense.
Book both legs and we will time your return pickup around the final siren or the encore. Availability
